How to start diesel generator set correctly?

1) Set the up voltage selection switch on the switch panel to the manual position;
2) Turn on the fuel switch and fix the fuel control handle at about 700 rpm;
3) Use the switch handle of high pressure oil pump to pump oil manually continuously until there is pump resistance and the injector makes a crisp squeak;
4) Put the oil pump switch handle on the working position and push the pressure reducing valve to the pressure reducing position;
5) Start the diesel engine by hand or by pressing the electric start button. When the diesel engine reaches a certain speed, quickly pull the axle reducer back to the working position to start the engine;
6) After starting the diesel engine, turn the electric key back to the middle position, and the speed should be controlled at 600 ~ 700 rpm. Pay close attention to the oil pressure and the indication of the oil pressure gauge (see the operation manual of various diesel engines for the working oil pressure value). If there is no indication of the oil pressure, stop the engine immediately for inspection.

8) If the diesel generator set works normally, close the air switch between the generator and the negative load, and then gradually increase the negative load to send power to the outside.
