1、 Daily maintenance:
1. Check diesel generator daily report
2. Check diesel generator: oil level, coolant level.
3. Daily check the diesel generator for damage, leakage and belt looseness or wear.
2、 Weekly maintenance:
1. Repeat the daily inspection of class a diesel generator.
2. Check the air filter, clean or replace the air filter core.
3. Drain the water or sediment from the fuel tank and fuel filter.
4. Check the water filter.
5. Check the starting battery.
6. Start the diesel generator and check for effect.
7. Clean the front and rear fins of the cooler with air and clean water.
reminder:
1. The generator shall not be affected with damp, and metal debris, water vapor or other harmful gas shall not enter into the generator. When the generator is running, it is necessary to ensure good ventilation, and the outer surface of the generator should not be covered, so as not to affect the ventilation and heat dissipation.
2. If the generator is parked for too long or affected with damp, the insulation resistance between windings and ground shall be measured, and the insulation value shall not be less than 1.5m Ω. Pay attention to remove the negative connection of starting battery before measurement.
