Operating procedures for gas station generator

1. Before startup
(1) Check whether the oil height is within the normal range, the viscosity and cleanliness of the oil.
(2) Check whether the fuel (diesel) in the fuel tank is sufficient.
(3) Check whether the cooling water in the water tank is sufficient and clean.
(4) Check the tightness of the drive belt.
(5) Check other parts of the unit and observe whether the unit is normal.
2. Start
(1) Put the governor handle in the decompression state and turn on the startup power switch.
(2) No load must be maintained during startup. After running at low speed for 3-5 minutes, gradually accelerate and boost to the normal position.
(3) Close the switch and work with load.
3. During the operation of the generator, patrol regularly, pay attention to the water tank, oil tank and oil, and replenish water, fuel and oil if necessary. Once the generator set has abnormal sound, abnormal instrument reading or no voltage output, it shall be shut down immediately for inspection and maintenance.
4. For shutdown, first disconnect the output switch, let the generator run at no load, gradually reduce the throttle, and then disconnect the starting power switch after the temperature decreases.
5. Make operation records of generator.
