Lyons reminds us that when charging, the positive and negative electrodes of the battery are respectively connected with the positive and negative electrodes of the charger. During the charging process, the temperature of the electrolyte should not exceed 48℃, otherwise, cooling measures such as reducing the current and increasing ventilation should be taken.

Charging method: use constant current or voltage limiting method for charging.

1. Constant current charging requirements: Set (constant current) current as:

(1) After charging the 6-FGM-550G battery at 6.5a to 14.4V, the battery voltage remains stable for 3 hours with 3A current; (Ambient temperature at 25℃)

(2) After charging the 6-FNM-670G battery at 7.0A to 14.4V, the battery voltage remains stable for 3 hours with A current of 3.5a; (Ambient temperature at 25℃)

(3) After charging the 6-FGM-720G battery with 8A to 14.4V, the battery voltage remains stable for 3 hours with A current of 4.0A; (Ambient temperature at 25℃)

(4) After charging the 6-FNM-830G battery at 10.2a to 14.4V, the battery voltage remains stable for 3 hours with A current of 5.1a; (Ambient temperature at 25℃)

(5) After charging the 6-FNM-930G battery at 11.4a to 14.4V, the battery voltage remains stable for 3 hours with A current of 5.7A; (The ambient temperature is 25℃).

2. Constant voltage charging requirements:

Lyons warm reminder, the battery is charged for 24 hours at 16.00V voltage, the maximum current limit is: 6-FMN-550G battery 16.5a; The maximum current of 6-FNM-670G battery is limited to 17.5a; The maximum current of 6-FMN-720G battery is limited to 19.5a; The maximum current of 6-FNM-830G battery is limited to 25.5a; The maximum current of the 6-FMN-930G battery is limited to 28.5a (ambient temperature is 25℃).

3, battery discharge:

4. When installing and using, pay attention to the positive and negative electrode of battery terminal and the positive and negative electrode of wiring chuck respectively, so as not to damage the related electrical components in use. In order to prevent the battery internal plate sulphuric acid to shorten the service life, the battery in the use of excessive discharge is strictly prohibited. In any of the following cases, constant current charging shall be carried out according to article 1:

(1) the density of the electrolyte drops below 1.250g/cm3;

(2) The high current discharge of the battery is weak;

5, battery charging: charging battery positive, negative electrode and charger respectively corresponding to the negative electrode. During the charging process, the temperature of the electrolyte should not exceed 48℃, otherwise, cooling measures such as reducing the current and increasing ventilation should be taken.
