Operating procedures for diesel generator set:
1. Check whether there are "three leaks" and whether the wire connection is firm and whether there is aging.
2. Check the lubricating oil level (it should be in the middle of the scale line of the oil dipstick, and if it is insufficient, replenish homogeneous lubricating oil).
3. Check the battery voltage, which should be 24-27v.
4. Check the coolant level. If it is insufficient, replenish homogeneous coolant.
5. Check whether the "emergency stop switch" is open, otherwise it should rotate in the direction of the arrow, "emergency stop switch" will pop up automatically, and then press "reset".
6. When the output switch is off, do not start with load.
7. Manual operation
(1) press the "start" key, the unit will start and run, and the speed, frequency and voltage of the standby group will reach the rated value.
(2) observe whether the coolant temperature and lubricating oil pressure are normal.
(3) the first loading shall be 30% - 50%. When the coolant temperature is 60-75 ℃ and the lubricating oil pressure is about 5bar, 70% - 80% can be loaded. After the operation is stable, it can run at full load, but do not overload.
(4) record the operation of diesel generator set every half an hour, and observe whether there are "three leaks" and whether the unit is abnormal.
(5) it is better to unload gradually before shutdown.
(6) turn off the output switch. When the standby group runs for 5 minutes without load, press the "stop" key to stop the unit.

1. The cylinder pressure and oil pressure shall comply with the technical standards specified for each model.
2. Enough power. After overhaul, the power of 350 kW diesel generator set shall be more than 95% of the rated power.
3. After starting the diesel engine, keep the speed uniform when running at idle speed, medium speed and rated speed.
4. Diesel consumption shall meet the specified standards.
5. Smoke exhaust is normal. When the diesel engine is idling, it is allowed to smoke with a little surface smoke. When the diesel engine is running under more than 75% load, it is allowed to emit a small amount of black smoke in a short time of D overload.
