1. Check the startup success rate of the unit

This indicator can be evaluated in actual operation.
3. Check the operation of the unit with thyristor load
Test method: unit with cos Ф The load of three-phase thyristor rectifier ≥ 0.5 shall be able to work stably at any point within the range of 10% ~ 50% of the rated capacity of the unit. If low-frequency oscillation occurs, it shall be adjusted to make it work stably, otherwise it is considered unqualified.
4. Check the linkage test of automatic unit
Inspection method: two units shall be used as main and standby for each other, and any one shall be selected as the main unit. The mains power shall be cut off artificially. After the main unit is started successfully, the power shall be supplied. Create a fault to make the main unit shut down automatically, and the standby unit shall supply power after automatic success. When the mains power is restored to normal, the standby unit shall be shut down automatically. If unqualified, find out the cause and eliminate the fault. The two units are mainly used and retested for three times. If one of them is still unqualified, it is considered unqualified.
5. Check the automatic starting function of automatic diesel generator set
Test method: turn on the starting power supply, move the unit working mode selection switch to automatic, send the starting command, and manually make the unit start unsuccessful, the unit shall start automatically three times.
