How to maintain the diesel generator set bought back? Remember these 16 are enough!
1. Keep the outside of the generator set clean and wipe the oil stain with a rag at any time.
2. Before starting the generator set, check the fuel oil, engine oil and cooling water consumption of the generator set: keep No. 0 diesel stored for 24 hours; The oil level of the machine is close to the oil dipstick (HI), which is not enough to supplement; The water level of the water tank is 50mm below the water cover, which is not enough to fill up.
3. Start the battery: check the battery every 50 hours. The electrolyte of the battery is 10-15mm higher than the electrode plate. If it is insufficient, add distilled water to make it up. Read the value of 1.28 (25 ℃) with a hydrometer. The battery voltage remains above 24 volts.
4. Oil filter: after the generator set operates for 250 hours, the oil filter must be replaced to ensure its performance is in the best state. Refer to the generator set operation record for the specific replacement time.
5. Fuel filter: replace the fuel filter after the generator set works for 250 hours.
6. Water tank: clean the water tank once after the generator set works for 250 hours.
7. Air filter: after the generator set works for 250 hours, remove it for cleaning, blow off the dust for cleaning, and then install it after drying; Replace the air filter after 500 hours of operation
8. Oil: the oil must be changed after the generator runs for 250 hours. The higher the oil grade, the better the quality. It is recommended to use oil above CF
9. Cooling water: replace it after the generator set works for 250 hours, and add antirust fluid when changing water.
10. Three skin angle belt: check the V-belt every 400 hours. Press the belt with a force of about 45N (45kgf) at the loose edge midpoint of the V-belt, and its sinking shall be 10mm, otherwise it shall be adjusted. If the V-belt is worn, it needs to be replaced. If one of the two is damaged, it needs to be replaced together.
11. Valve clearance: check and adjust the valve clearance every 250 hours.
12. Turbocharger: clean the turbocharger housing every 250 hours of operation.
13. Fuel injector: replace the fuel injector every 1200 hours of operation.
14. Intermediate repair: conduct intermediate repair every 3000 hours of operation. The specific inspection contents include: 1. Lift the cylinder head and clean the cylinder head; 2. Clean and grind the air valve; 3. Renew the fuel injector; 4. Regular inspection and adjustment of oil supply; 5. Measurement of oil shaft deflection difference; 6. Cylinder liner wear measurement.
15. Overhaul: overhaul every 6000 hours of operation. Specific overhaul contents: 1. Overhaul contents of intermediate repair; 2. Take out the piston, connecting rod, clean the piston, measure the piston ring groove, and replace the piston ring; 3. Crankshaft wear measurement and crankshaft bearing inspection; 4. Clean the cooling system.
16. Circuit breaker and cable connection point: remove the side plate of the generator and fasten the fixing screws of the circuit breaker. The power output end shall be fastened with the locking screw of the cable lug. annually.
