(1) An operation room with sound insulation facilities and an observation window shall be set beside the distribution room to facilitate the operator to grasp the operation status of the diesel generator set in time.
(2) The outlet of exhaust pipe and muffler shall be set outdoors, and the exhaust lead pipe shall not be too long.
(3) The pipelines and cables shall be laid in the trough plate or trench as much as possible to keep the machine room clean and convenient for use and maintenance.
(4) The requirements of lightning protection, ventilation, sound insulation and vibration isolation, fire protection, safety, environmental protection, heating, lighting and sewage shall be considered.
(5) The fuel tank can be placed indoors or outdoors, but the structure and location of the fuel tank shall meet the use requirements.
(6) The radiator of the closed diesel generator set shall be placed outdoors. Users of open diesel generator set shall set cooling water cooling device by themselves.
(7) The area and size of the machine room can be determined according to the cooling mode.
