Tang Yan, person in charge of Hechi Ecological Environment Bureau, said: "we found that 45 hydropower enterprises have potential environmental safety problems in this investigation, mainly due to insufficient emergency materials preparation, no environmental emergency plan, and no environmental emergency drill in time.
