We should urge and guide key power generation enterprises and generating units to shorten the maintenance period, improve fuel inventory, fulfill their political and social responsibilities for ensuring supply, and do everything possible to contribute more to economic operation and generate more power. We should make good use of the rich scenery resources in Gansu Province and speed up the construction of a new power system with new energy as the main body; Based on the channel advantages of Gansu Province, strengthen coordination, linkage, cooperation and complementarity with surrounding provinces, and build a hub for large circulation and intersection of energy factors such as coal and electricity; Closely follow the development trend and policy guidance, strengthen exploration and innovation in the construction of new energy micro grid, and strive to promote advantages, fill weaknesses, expand space and promote development with more pragmatic and effective "new tricks".
Ren Zhenhe stressed that we should rely on reform to straighten out the electricity price formation mechanism, dynamically adjust the purchase price of affordable electricity, strengthen the connection of subsidized new energy and affordable new energy projects and the transformation of price mechanism, continue to optimize the electricity price structure of agriculture, large industry and general industry and commerce, actively strive for the state's support for rural power network construction and agricultural drainage and irrigation, and gradually improve the medium and long-term trading A market-oriented system supplemented by spot trading. We should make efforts to improve the level of the power industry chain at multiple ends, focus on enhancing the core competitiveness of power generation enterprises, take multiple measures to strengthen the supply of power coal, promote thermal power enterprises to fully complete the tasks of ultra-low emission and energy saving transformation through "three modernizations", and new energy power generation enterprises to reduce investment costs through equipment iteration and technology optimization; Focus on giving full play to the due role of power grid enterprises, continue to make efforts in maintaining the "basic plate" and in the construction of export channels; Focus on cultivating the subject consciousness of power enterprises, guide power enterprises to dilute production costs with scale effect, improve operation quality with technological upgrading, and solve problems in development with practical development methods.
