On August 10, the first base trial of the 220 kV line project built by Heihe Power Supply Company was launched in Keshan County of Qiqihar City.
This line is the longest transmission line with the largest amount of construction in the single project of Heihe Substation. The line is 88km long. A total of 204 towers have been built, and the full height of the pilot tower is 49 meters. The construction of this project will promote the power connection and economic development of Beian and Keshan.
In the process of engineering construction, the construction department strictly implements the requirements of standardized operation management, normalizes the supervision of on-site construction safety, strictly controls the "entrance clearance" of the construction team, and firmly controls the "four lines of defense" of plan, team, personnel and site. In order to strengthen the implementation of safety measures on site, ensure the life safety of workers and strengthen risk prevention and control work, a safety and quality inspection team has been set up, led by the project manager, to inspect all construction teams for specific problems every day. The project has also launched an emergency plan for epidemic prevention, purchased epidemic prevention materials in time, strengthened epidemic prevention and control, verified the health code, travel code and vaccination certificate of the participants, contacted the local hospital in advance to make an appointment for vaccination, and regularly conducted nucleic acid testing for all construction workers.
