The first 220 kv substation in southwest Jiangjin District of Chongqing was put into operation

At about 3 o 'clock in the morning of August 13, with the roar of the main transformer, the first 220 kv substation in the southwest area of Jiangjin -- Kongmu substation was put into operation smoothly.

With the rapid development of Baisha Industrial Park and the southwest area of Jiangjin, the power demand is rising rapidly. The power grid structure and power supply capacity of the area can no longer meet the power demand
(hereinafter referred to as "Jiangjin District Power Supply Company") carefully analyze and actively strive for substation construction projects. The 220 kV Kongmu substation is located in Li Township and construction began in March 2019.
The 220 kv Kongmu substation is a project with the highest voltage level and the largest power connection capacity independently accepted and put into operation by Jiangjin District Power Supply Company, and it has been included in the key construction project of Chongqing municipal government. In June this year, after the equipment of the substation was gradually installed in place, the company arranged the substation operation and maintenance personnel to participate in the debugging, learn from the class, and lay a foundation for the operation and maintenance of the substation.
