With the gradual improvement of household electrification level, the household power load increases rapidly. However, the power lines in some old residential areas in Fuzhou affect the power supply reliability due to low early planning and design standards and aging power lines. Therefore, since this year, State Grid Fuzhou power supply company has focused on the "double satisfaction" project in the new era and accelerated the transformation of distribution facilities in old residential areas. During the transformation, the company investigated and evaluated the operation status of power supply facilities in the community in advance, actively connected with the needs of residents, and formulated the transformation scheme of power distribution facilities according to local conditions. As the transformation of the old community involves the overall transformation of supporting infrastructure, the pipeline corridors are staggered, and the construction is difficult. In this regard, the company took the initiative to coordinate and connect with the competent department of municipal old community reconstruction, coordinate and plan the corridor location with other pipeline units, and timely adjust the construction scheme under the condition of ensuring the design standards, so as to ensure that all pipeline channels can meet the safe operation standards.

In the past three years, State Grid Fuzhou power supply company has completed the transformation of 439 old residential areas, involving more than 100000 residential users. Through the power transformation, the problems of insufficient power supply capacity and low voltage in more than 30 communities have been solved, 25 cabinets have been beautified, the "sense of existence" of power equipment has been reduced, and the city has been beautified. At the same time, 102 smart station areas have been newly built. The advanced technology of power grid has been used to enable the construction of "smart community", promote the construction of digital power grid and further improve the power supply reliability of communities, So that the majority of municipal people can be assured of electricity.
