State Grid Heilongjiang Electric Power Co., Ltd. said that after uninterrupted rescue and repair day and night, as of 6:00 on the 10th, Heilongjiang electric power department had restored the power supply of 874200 users, and the power supply in the main urban areas of Harbin and other cities had been restored.
Since the early morning of November 8, many urban areas in Harbin, Suihua, Jiamusi, Mudanjiang, Yichun, Hegang and other cities in Heilongjiang Province have encountered extreme weather such as sleet, heavy snow and freezing gale. Some power equipment has faults such as icing and inverted pole disconnection, resulting in the shutdown of some power supply lines. According to statistics, one 500 kV line, three 220 kV lines, two 110 kV lines, 27 66 kV lines, one 35 kV line, 399 10 kV lines, three 110 kV substations, 38 66 kV substations, four 35 kV substations, 13749 stations and 966400 households have been shut down.
After day and night rescue and repair, the power department has restored 1 500 kV line, 3 220 kV lines, 2 110 kV lines, 25 66 kV lines, 1 35 kV line, 338 10 kV lines, 3 110 kV substations, 36 66 kV substations, 4 35 kV substations, 12415 stations and 874200 users.
At present, emergency repair is still in progress.
