After the State Grid Weihai Power Supply Company realized the full coverage of integrated terminals, the project, in accordance with the top-level design of the integrated terminal control strategy of "edge to end" autonomy, "edge to edge" interworking and "edge to cloud" coordination of Shandong electric power company, combined with multiple regional flexible direct interconnected low-voltage microgrids built by Shandong lusoft Digital Technology Co., Ltd., has achieved a number of domestic first achievements. It is the first time in China to realize the flexible interconnection of multiple stations and areas in the "centralized + decentralized" mode. Relying on flexible DC system and energy storage device, realize the interconnection and mutual assistance of energy flow in four stations such as hanlefang No. 1 and No. 2, and make full use of photovoltaic users, distributed energy storage, electric vehicle charging pile and other equipment. The side to side communication based on fusion terminal is realized for the first time in China. By establishing the side-to-side communication channel between station area intelligent fusion terminals, the multi station area fusion terminal of "one master and many slaves" can be managed hand in hand. The original single station area data calculation is upgraded to multi station area analysis. The application level of intelligent fusion terminal is greatly improved by using the "cellular" data analysis computer system. The multi station area group control strategy for microgrid is realized for the first time in China. Through the master station strategy configuration and the autonomous execution function of the fusion terminal strategy, give full play to the calculation and management ability of the intelligent fusion terminal in the station area to the equipment at each end of the load storage of the source network, and realize the regional autonomy based on the edge calculation of the fusion terminal with the local operation data as the premise and the established strategy as the method.
The project also develops a number of practical applications for 15 typical scenarios of source network load storage, such as full consumption of new energy, intelligent management of power quality, core power protection of important users, second power restoration of power grid failure and reliability management of low-voltage power supply, and makes fruitful exploration on the interaction of distribution network form, autonomy of distribution network management and control, platformization of distribution network structure and diversification of distribution network services.
